We picked the grapes from a single vineyard in Sabrosa. Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz. The harvest was planned for the second week of September. All grapes previously selected and de-stemmed were foot trodden in stone lagares during the entire fermentation process. The ageing and malolactic fermentation were developed in stainless steel vats.
